About me

I'm an ESFP, which means that aside from caring intently about self-growth and understanding of others, I also do weird things like talk to my 15 alter-egos and assign personality types to teas.

The goal of my work is to promote a healthy understanding and application of Personality Type theory, specifically through the lens of the Jungian cognitive functions behind the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. I create comedy sketches, host a podcast and conduct Type experiments through my instagram page. I also enjoy a pinch of cheeky stereotyping for the sake of comedy.
